Hi! My name is Vanessa. You can simply call me Van2x or Banicha. I am already 15 years old and currently residing at Basak Lapu-Lapu City. I love to hang-out with my friends and play my guitar. I do love chocolates and anything that is blue and green. I definitely hate pink :). I'm currently studying at Science and Technology Education Center - High School, enjoying my 3rd year life. I really love to read and watch all about animes. lately, I was addicted to KPOP especially to a group named SHINee. I really love thier music, well I'm a lover of music but XD i'm more on bias in Classic and Pop. I do believe that each one of us can accomplish everthing, so never give up!! NEVER SAY NEVER!

2010 has been a really tough year me. Some stuff just keep on popping up like “do this, do that!”, but this year I’ll try my very best to manage my time eagerly so that I could enjoy this brand New Year.

This year I must throw away all the negative habits of mind and change it to become a better me. I must keep things in my mind and heart to prioritized and focus on studies first before doing anything else. This year, I’ll make sure that the lazy and irresponsible me will be a diligent, responsible and obedient brand new me.

This year, I promise to a good daughter, sister, student, and a trustworthy friend to the people I love and care. All I need this year is to have more self-control, patience, love and trust to accomplish everything I wanted.

Verse Of The Day
2 Corinthians 1:3-5

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

any think that when God comforts us our troubles should go away. But if that were always so, people would turn to God only to be relieved of pain, and not out of love for him. We must understand that being comforted can also mean receiving strength, encouragement and hope to deal with our troubles. The more we suffer, the more comfort God gives us. If you are feeling overwhelmed, allow God to comfort you. Remember that every trial you endure will help you comfort other people who are suffering similar troubles.

MY FAVORITE SAYINGS, JOKES AND POEMS

WORM IN MY POCKET

One rainy day on my way home from school, I found a big worm and thought it was cool.

I picked up the worm with my bare hand, held it up high thinking how grand!

The worm was so cute and wiggled a lot, I put him in my pocket to show Mom what I'd caught.

What will she say when I show her my find? Will she let me keep it? I hope she won't mind.

Mom was in the kitchen when I showed her what I'd found. She screamed, "No, way! Put it back in the ground!"

Now I'm so angry, she always says "No", If she won't let me keep it, then I will just go!

So me and my worm packed a sandwich or two, ran out the door and down the street we both flew.

We walked to the park and sat on a bench, I pulled out my worm and noticed a stench.

He looked kind of floppy, but wiggled a bit, I thought, "Oh my Gosh, my worm is not fit!"

I laid him in the dirt and let him go free. I guess that my pocket was not the best place to be.
